We understand that you may be busy, especially with commercial projects. We primarily conduct consultations during standard business hours, but we can arrange out-of-hours appointments for comprehensive project discussions on a case-by-case basis. Can I see samples of your flooring materials?

The lead time varies depending on the project type and our current schedule. For most domestic flooring jobs, it’s typically 2–4 weeks from quote acceptance. For commercial fit outs, the timeline is agreed upon during the consultation and planning phase, based on the project’s complexity and size.
